Let Sophia

be your spirit guide,

dream figure,

bringing wise counsel,

seven pillars,

invisible gifts for waking.

Let Her speak as Wisdom,

supporting buoyant dignity

like a primordial sea.

For Her, stand still and clear

in this adversity,

this smash of hopes.

Hold true to the vivid center,

star to steer by,

and let everything else tumble.

Health is celebration of Body:

ours/Hers. May Her juices flow;

may Her healing energy move;

may Her great spirals

whirl through us

as truth and health: this joy.
